Course Overview:
Participants in this course are guaranteed to pass the PMP exam. The entire Project Management Body of Knowledge (6th edition PMBOK), on which the exam is based, is covered. In addition our focus is as much on learning and applying Project Management as on the exam. Participants actually use the tools and techniques in a series of small workshops, so that they will really learn how to conduct a project successfully in addition to passing an exam. Practice exams are provided throughout.
